Charger Summer Strength & Conditioning

Summer strength and conditioning is for all athletes grades 9-12. The program is designed for injury prevention, functional mobility, and development of speed, strength and power. All of these concepts are valuable and necessary to be competitive in all sports.

All athletes must wear Carroll apparel during workouts.

June Dates: 7,8,10,14,15,17,21,22,24

July Dates: 5,6,8,12,13,15,19,20,22


The following are the times and teams:

Volleyball - 6:30-8:00am

Football - 7:45-9:30am

Boys' Sports- 9:45-11:15am

Girls' Sports - 11:30-1pm
