Charger Summer Strength & Conditioning

Summer strength and conditioning is for all athletes grades 9-12. The program is designed for injury prevention, functional mobility, and development of speed, strength and power. All of these concepts are valuable and necessary to be competitive in all sports.

All athletes must wear Carroll apparel during workouts, no exceptions. Carroll summer strength and conditioning apparel will be available through the following link, . Store closes March 29th and deliveries will be made around April 29th.

Before attending summer conditioning athletes need to either: sign up with their coach, Elliot Forth or myself and also need to have an updated, completed IHSAA physical prior to the first day. The physical must be after April 1st, 2019. The physical should also be turned into Carroll High School athletic office.
