*This scholarship opportunity is directed to seniors on track to graduate high school in 2022 and are currently attending one of the high schools listed below.

1. Scholarships shall be available to graduating seniors from the following accredited Indiana high schools recognized by the State Board of Education or by a national or regional accreditation agency that is recognized by the State Board of Education:
- Huntington North High School – Huntington, Indiana
- Homestead High School – Fort Wayne, Indiana
- Carroll High School – Fort Wayne, Indiana
- Whitko High School – South Whitley, Indiana
- Wabash High School – Wabash, Indiana
- Leo High School – Leo, Indiana
- Southwood High School, Wabash, Indiana
- Warsaw High School – Warsaw, Indiana

2. Who displays the following characteristics:
- A strong motivation to complete further education via a certification or degree path, and
- A compelling financial need and/or underprivileged background

3. First preference for scholars who have a genuine love for baseball
