If you or someone you know is struggling with thoughts of suicide, please call Lifeline’s toll-free number at 988.  This will connect the caller to a certified crisis center.

  • 988 Suicide & Prevention Lifeline
    Provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, and prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones
    When people call, text, or chat 988, they will be connected to trained counselors that are part of the existing Lifeline network.

  • National Teen Dating Abuse Helpline
    Trained advocated are available 24/7 to offer free, confidential support, education, and advocacy to teens and young adults (as well as friends and family) with questions or concerns about dating and relationships
