IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

Early Dismals

10-12 Students - EARLY DISMAL PASS you MUST sign out in STUDENT SERVICES BEFORE you leave the building.

9th Grade Students – EARLY DISMAL PASS --- you MUST sign out in the CFC Office BEFORE you leave the building.

 

School Emails and Laptops

*All STUDENTS ---- You NEED to be checking your school emails every day. AND your laptops need to be charged EVERY NIGHT.

 

Backpacks

*You are allowed to carry 1 backpack from class to class. Everyone has been assigned a locker or there are day lockers you can use by the weight room.

NO backpacks are permitted in the Food Lines during breakfast or lunch.

 

Parking Permits

Students if you are driving to school ---- YOU NEED a 23-24 Carroll Parking Permit in your vehicle.

To purchase a parking permit --- Bring your driver’s license, vehicle registration and $30.00 CASH to student services. If you DO NOT have a 23-24 CHS permit - you may receive a parking ticket or car may be towed

 

To Enter the Clinic:

Students --- YOU must have a pass from a teacher to go to the clinic. If it is during passing period ---- see your next period teacher to get a pass.

If you take daily medication or you are scheduled to see the nurse --- you may come to the clinic at your scheduled time.

 

Closed Lunch/Food Deliveries

*CHS has a “CLOSED” lunch policy.

  • Students are NOT ALLOWED to leave campus just for eating lunch.
  • NO restaurant/fast food is to be brought into the cafeteria during lunch.
  • NO restaurant/fast food can be ordered and/or delivered to students via food delivery services during school hours. If you try to have food delivered during school hours to any door --- your food will be denied. It will NOT be kept for pick up at the end of the day.

CLUBS/ACTIVITIES:

Carroll HS Prom/After Prom Information:

"Red Carpet & Roses" Prom is Saturday, April 13th, 2024. 

The event will be held at the Kruse Plaza in Auburn, from 8pm-11pm.

 

Purchasing Tickets:

Prom Tickets will ONLY be on sale for 4 days:  Monday, March 25th - Thursday, March 28th. 

Tickets will be sold BEFORE and AFTER school in the cafeteria and during lunch.

Cost is $35 per ticket. Cash or Check (made to CHS) will be accepted.

ONLY - JUNIORS and SENIORS can purchase tickets. Sophomores CAN NOT purchase Prom tickets.

Again, NO TICKETS will be sold after March 28th.

 

Guests For Prom:

CHS Junior and Seniors may bring ONLY 1 Guest to Prom

CHS Sophomores are considered GUESTS for Prom --- which means ---

            CHS Sophomores MUST be invited by a CHS Junior or Senior to attend.

            CHS Sophomores MUST arrive and leave with the CHS Junior or Senior that invited them.

            CHS Sophomore Guest Forms –

MUST be filled out and returned to S. Services NO LATER than Monday, April 8th

High School Freshman (CHS or NON-CHS) ARE NOT allowed to attend Prom.

Guests CAN NOT be 21 years old or older.

NON-CHS Guest Forms –

MUST be filled out and turned into S. Services NO LATER than Monday, April 8th

Guest Forms – both Sophomore and Non-CHS – can be picked up in S. Services

 

After Prom Information:

After Prom will be at Crazy Pinz from 11pm-2am and is FREE with the purchase of a prom ticket.

Juniors and Seniors – even if you do not go to Prom you may purchase a ticket to attend After Prom for $15. 

Anyone attending After Prom must enter Crazy Pinz before 12:30 am. Doors will be closed at 12:30.

ATHLETICS:

 

 

 

IN CHARGER ACTION:

Congratulations to the gymnastics team for placing 6th at State Competition. Congratulations also to Avery Ziembo and Mallory Hayden for being named 2nd team All State.

 

Congratulations to Indoor Percussion for placing 3rd at Center Grove High School’s Competition.

 

Congratulations to the JV Winter Guard! At the IHSCGA State Championships – received 1st place in their division (Regional A Medworth Division)

 

Congratulations to the Varsity Winter Guard! On Saturday competed at Michigan WGI regional championships – taking 1st place in prelims and 1st place in finals - earning them their 2nd WGI regional championship of the season!

 

Congratulations to our jazz ensembles - all five groups competed at Northrop on Saturday.  

Jazz Ensemble – took 1st place and named Top Honor Band for the whole festival. Rushil Srikakolapu was named the outstanding saxophone soloist for combos and jazz ensembles and Aidan Borbiev was named outstanding soloist for the entire festival.
