Charger Summer Strength & Conditioning

Summer strength and conditioning is for all athletes grades 9-12. The program is designed for injury prevention, functional mobility, and development of speed, strength and power. All of these concepts are valuable and necessary to be competitive in all sports.

All athletes must wear Carroll apparel during workouts.

All must have a new physical dated after April 1, 2022 to participate:  https://ch.nacs.k12.in.us/athletics/athletics_home/ihsaa_physical_forms

In order to gather necessary information and make adequate plans, please register with Mr. Jones or Mr. Forth.  By registering you are helping us make plans and allow future communication to be sent directly to you via email for exact details.

June Dates: 2,6, 7, 9, 13, 14, 16, 20, 21, 23

July Dates:11, 12, 14, 18, 19, 21

 

The following are the times and teams:

Boys Basketball: 6:15-7:30am

Football - 7:30-9:30am

Girls' Sports- 9:15-10:45am

Other Boys' Sports- 11:00-12:30pm
