Summer School Dates

June 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, 26

Summer School Times

8:30 – 12:30

 

All summer school courses will be delivered via Edmentum (online curriculum) with support provided by NACS teachers and support staff.

All summer school courses require in-person attendance at Carroll High School.  Students must be available to attend summer school on the dates and times listed above.

All course-work must be completed while students are in attendance at CHS.  Course work completed at home will receive a "zero" and may result in student being dismissed from the program.

All of the rules from the school year apply in summer school.

Any disciplinary problem may result in dismissal from the program.

Transportation is NOT provided for summer school courses.

Carroll High School provides students with the opportunity to take summer school to recover credits.  Credit Acceleration Courses are available to students that are participating in special programs during thier junior or senior year.  Credit Acceleration Courses require approval from the student's guidance counselor and administration.  Below are the courses that are available for students to take during summer school.

These courses require counselor approval and are only approved in very special circumstances.  If a student falls under those special circumstances, a counselor will reach out to you about the possibility of taking these classes in the summer.

  • Geometry - Semester 1 & 2
  • Algebra II - Semester 1 & 2
  • English 9 - Semester 1 & 2
  • English 10 - Semester 1 & 2
  • English 11 - Semester 1 & 2
  • English 12 - Semester 1 & 2
  • Biology I - Semester 1 & 2

 

  • U.S. History - Semesters 1 & 2
  • U.S. Government
  • Economics
