Charger Summer Strength & Conditioning

Summer strength and conditioning is for all athletes grades 9-12.  The program is designed for injury prevention, functional mobility, and development of speed, strength and power.  All of these concepts are valuable and necessary to be competitive in all sports.

All athletes must wear Carroll apparel during workouts, no exceptions.  If you are in need of Carroll apparel, there will be an on-line strength and conditioning apparel store open in March. 

Conditioning will never be canceled due to bad weather. 

Before attending summer conditioning, athletes need to have an updated and completed 2023-2024 IHSAA physical prior to the first day.  The physical must be after April 1st, 2023.  The physical should also be turned into Carroll High School athletic office. 

If you plan on trying out for a CHS Athletic program, make sure to discuss Charger Summer Strength and Conditioning with the head coach of that sport.

6:15-7:30 am Boys Basketball

7:30-9:00 am – Football (Will Start May 31)

9:15-11:15 am – All Other Sports

July 3 – July 7 : IHSAA Moratorium – No Workouts

Carroll T-shirt of any kind (must have sleeves)
Athletic Shorts

*Bring a water bottle
